About Me

Hi, I’m Andrea—though you can call me Kashie.

Welcome to my blog, where faith meets data, and spice tells a story. I’m a scholar, founder, and creative strategist with a Ph.D. in Global Studies, specializing in socioeconomic development. My work bridges research, entrepreneurship, and cultural storytelling to empower individuals and communities—especially those historically underserved.

Professionally, I lead initiatives in research, evaluation, learning, and development. Personally, I’m a spice enthusiast, a systems thinker, and a passionate advocate for creativity as a tool for transformation. I believe that when people have the right frameworks, spiritual, analytical, and sensory, they unlock legacies, not just livelihoods.

When I’m not working the regular gig, you’ll find me in my “creative lab,” dreaming up my next project. My faith in God is central to everything I do, and my relationship with Jesus shapes how I lead, love, and serve. I’m also a daughter, wife, mom, sister, and friend—and this blog is where all those parts of me come together.

Take a seat, get cozy, and let’s explore the worlds of faith, data, and spice—together.
