Hey there, I'm Andrea, but you can call me Kashie. I'm a versatile professional with a Ph.D. in Global Studies specializing in Socioeconomic Development. Professionally, I am a  Research, Evaluation, Learning & Development Professional. But there's more to me than just that. I'm a spice enthusiast, and I'm passionate about supporting entrepreneurship, especially in underserved communities. I believe that when people have the right tools to unlock their creativity, it makes our world a better place.

When I'm not working the regular gig, you'll find me in my "creative lab," dreaming up my next project. My faith in God is a big part of who I am, and my relationship with Jesus is central to my life. I am also a daughter, wife, mom, sister and friend.
